Ingredients:
- 5 pieces cikiao (ready made)
- 6 white button mushrooms, halved
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 cm ginger, crushed
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 500 ml broth (optional)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 egg, beaten off
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Saute garlic and ginger in sesame oil till fragrant.
- Enter cikiao, button mushrooms and soy sauce and stir well.
- Pour the broth.
- After boiling, Thicken with cornflour.
- After boiling again, put the beaten eggs while filtered.
- Let soon.
- Remove and serve warm.
