Sweet Skewer
Material:
*300 g chicken meat *3 tablespoons cooking oil *skewer
Blend:
*6 pcs red onion *3 cloves garlic *3 cm kencur *2 cm ginger *1 cm galangal *1cm turmeric *5 pcs of orange leave *1 tsp salt *2 tsp brown sugar
Method:
- Cut the meat into pieces of 1 x 2 x 3 cm, set aside. Heat oil and sauté ground spicesuntil fragrant.
- Insert the meat, cook until meat is tender, if necessary, add enough hot water andcook until water dries. Remove, allow to cool.
- 4-5 skewers cut in each skewer. Do it until all material is complete.
- Bake broil over the coals of fire, while occasionally smeared with spices. Cook untildone.
SHRIMP FRIED FLOUR
Material:
*250 gr medium-size shrimp *1 tsp salt *1 tsp pepper powder *2 tablespoons lime juice *2 cloves garlic, crushed *100 g seasoned flour *oil for frying
Method:
- Clean the prawns, remove legs and head.
- Mix the shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon juice and stir well. Set aside.
- Heat the oil, dip the shrimp into the seasoned flour, then fried until the shrimp dry.
VEGETABLE Jackfruit
Material:
*250 g young jackfruit *10 pcs red onion *4 btr hazelnut *3 cloves garlic *4lbr bay leaves *1 tsp coriander *3 cm galangal *½ tsp cumin *150 gr brown sugar *1 tsp salt
Method:
- Cut the jackfruit according to taste.
- Blend all ingredients, except the bay leaves and galangal.
- Mix jackfruit, water, spices, cook until cooked jackfruit.
Lawar
Material:
*100 gr minced chicken *100 gr coconut half old, grated *100 g long beans *100 g bean sprouts *1 tsp salt *2 tsp brown sugar comb *1 tsp lemon juice *2 tsp fried onions *oil for frying
Blend:
*2 red chilli *3 pcs chili sauce *6 pcs red onion *2 cloves garlic *½ tsp pepper *2 btr fried pecan *1 cm ginger *1 cm galangal *2 cm kencur *2 cm kencur *½ tsp toasted coriander *1 tsp shrimp paste
Method:
- Roasted chicken meat to dry. Remove and set aside. Roasted grated coconut untilbrowned.
- Heat oil and saute the ingredients until fragrant, add salt, and sugar, stirring untilfragrant spices and cooked.
- Enter a roasted chicken and grated coconut and stir well. Remove and set aside to cool.
- Completion: mixed beans, bean sprouts with coconut flavor in the container, add thelemon juice, stir well, sprinkle with fried onions, serve.
