Salted Egg Prawn
Ingredients:
- 8 tails (350 g) large shrimp, peeled, leaving tails, split back
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon flour
- cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- ¼ teaspoon minced ginger
- 3 eggs boiled salted egg yolk, mashed
How to prepare:
- Marinate prawns with salt and pepper until blended. Let stand for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with the flour until blended.
- Fry in hot oil until golden and dry. Drain.
- Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Enter the egg yolks, and Maggi sauce, mix well.
- Enter the shrimp, stirring until shrimp wrapped in salted egg.
- Remove and serve warm.
